Summary:

The Revenue Operations Order & Deal Desk Specialist plays a critical role in supporting global sales teams and ensuring data integrity across the Quote -to-Fulfillment process. This position involves generating accurate and timely quotes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with revenue recognition standards. Act as a key partner to Sales Representatives, Sales Leadership, and the Legal and Finance teams to optimize processes, maintain accuracy, and support the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) cycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quote Generation & Order Management
    • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Leadership to generate and build accurate and timely quotes.
    • Ensure all order forms have correct dates, SKUs, descriptions, requirements and align with internal systems and legal requirements.
    • Process opportunities efficiently, adhering to established QTC protocols.
  2. Data Integrity & Compliance
    • Maintain and validate data integrity across Deal Desk operations from Order to Fulfillment.
    • Ensure adherence to revenue recognition requirements and accounting principles for revenue recognition.
    • Document QTC processes and other procedures as needed.
    • Breakdown of product packages into SKU level detail within Salesforce.
  3. Cross-Department Collaboration
    • Partner with Legal, Billing, and Revenue System Operations teams to streamline processes and recommend improvements.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Field Sales teams on booking, subscription management, and license delivery protocols.
  4. Training & Enablement
    • Deliver relevant training to new and existing Sales Reps on Deal Desk operations, order booking, and QTC best practices.
  5. Revenue Analysis & Reporting
    • Apply knowledge of ARR, cost, and gross profit calculations in daily tasks.
    • Utilize Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools to analyze data and generate reports.
  6. End-of-Month/Quarter Support
    • Prioritize tasks and maintain flexibility to meet deadlines during high-volume periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and G-Suite (Google Sheets).
  • Strong understanding of ARR, cost, and gross profit calculations.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition requirements and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience with direct and channel sales models.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Gainsight and DocuSign.
  • Experience with subscription management and billing systems.
  • Process improvement and automation expertise.
  • Knowledge of pricing and financial modeling in Google Sheets or Excel
