OSI Digital - Security Engineer - SIEM (10-17 yrs)

Job Summary :

OSI Digital is looking for a Security Lead to support the business in achieving its strategic objective. This role gives an excellent opportunity for one to improve and strengthen the technical and management skills in running a practice.

Upon Success in this role, the person will have an opportunity to grow into a Sr. Management Role and explore new technologies and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership on security initiatives

- Identifies the gaps and standardizes the cybersecurity architecture, goals, objectives and metrics

- Improvises operational policies and appropriate standards

- Evaluates potential business risks from various security threats while providing a strategic and tactical guidance to customers

- Selects and develops a team of personnel to run the operations

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Information Security, Network Security or a combination of both.

- Hands-on Experience on working as SIEM Admin on multiple SIEMs.

- Information security related experience, in areas such as: security operations, incident analysis, incident handling, and vulnerability management or testing, system patching, log analysis, intrusion detection, or firewall administration.

- Experience in Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) and Security information and event management (SIEM) Platforms.

- Working experience and knowledge of security related technologies such as intrusion prevention and detection systems, web proxies, SIEM (MS Sentinel, IBM Qradar), Endpoint, SOAR, DLP, IDS, EDR, firewalls, web application scanner, vulnerability scanners and forensics tools.

- Has practical experience in auditing various applications and infrastructure.

- Hands on experience with popular security tools - Nessus, Burpsuite, Netsparker, Metasploit, KALI Linux, Splunk, Tanium.

Mandatory : CCNP and CISSP Certifications

- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills

- Prior Pre-sales experience is must in bringing various projects on-boar
