Cyber Security Analyst - SIEM/Crowdstrike/Cisco (7-8 yrs)

Role : Cyber Security Analyst

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 7 years

NOTE : Immediate joiner

Mandatory skill : Penetration Testing, vulnerabilities, Mobile Testing, API testing

JD :

- Responding to security events and security alerts

- Investigating security incidents and aiding in the incident response process

- Creating detailed reports on security investigations

- Managing and improving the SIEM and Incident Response platforms

- Managing EDR/XDR tools such as CrowdStrike, Cisco Security Center

- Making improvements and suggestions to advance the overall security posture

- Offering remediation and mitigation solutions based on vulnerability discoveries

- Managing internal policies and procedures

- Scope and execute penetration tests against a variety of technologies including web application, mobile, infrastructure and cloud.

Maintain relevant skills with which to conduct penetration testing in a number of the following domains to a significant degree of depth :

a. Web Application

b. Web API

c. Network

d. OS

e. Mobile (iOS, Android)

f. Cloud

- Innovate towards the goal of establishing novel security assurance services and the enhancement of existing services.

- Work independently or as part of a team on penetration tests.

- Work with global team and external entities to deliver Security Assurance services.

- Analyze and review security issues identified.

- Have good time management and organizational skills to undertake multiple supportive and advisory tasks concurrently.

- Supplement automated assessment techniques with manual security assessment approaches.

- Communicate security issues identified and mitigation/remediation options to development community.

- Have a superior ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical business owners and management.

- Provide regular assessment progress updates that include sufficient detail to convey work completed and upcoming activities.

- Provide security assurance support for security incidents/investigations as required
