CRM cum Operation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Operational Coordination:

• Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to client requirements.
• Track and monitor the progress of ongoing projects and update stakeholders as needed.

3. Travel & Client Engagement:

• Willingness to travel across different zones to meet clients, conduct meetings, and oversee on-ground operations.
• Present service updates, proposals, and project insights to clients.

4. Data Management & Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze reports using advanced Excel features, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization tools.
• Create professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and client meetings.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency.
• Provide feedback to management for service improvements based on client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-centric approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and open to traveling to various locations to meet clients.
• Bachelors degree in business, operations, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in CRM or operations roles within facility management or a similar industry is an advantage.
