Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Record journal entries and maintain precise financial transaction records.
- Prepare and update monthly financial reports for management review.
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting, including detailed variance analysis.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance process efficiency and streamline operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial tools and dashboards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve financial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles for ACV/subscription-based businesses.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset, open to tackling challenges and acquiring new skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ACV/subscription-based business environments.
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, and advanced Excel functionalities.
- Background in budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis.
- Experience with data cleaning and maintaining established data workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to drive accountability across teams.
