Job Description
- Act as Servant Leader: Lead an Agile team by embodying servant leadership principles.
- Educate Agile Teams: Maximize efficiencies and performance through Scaled Agile practices and values; coach teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Value Delivery: Guide Agile teams to consistently deliver customer value while managing risks, mitigating impediments, and negotiating dependencies within and across teams.
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaboration with Product Owners: Ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.
- Communication and Transparency: Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate progress transparency.
- Increase Effectiveness: Work with peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to enhance the effectiveness of Scaled Agile practices.
- 5+ years experience with a bachelors/masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Experience in leading teams as a Scrum Master within a Scaled Agile Framework.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Team-first, servant leader mentality.
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master.
- Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
