Job Description
- Design and code complex programs.
- Evaluate complex business requirements and processes.
- Provide production support for several mission critical systems.
- Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.
- Take initiative and work independently on certain projects, while contributing to a large team on others.
- bachelors degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Full project life-cycle experience working with C#, .Net Framework, ASP.Net, SQL Server
- RESTful services, Windows Services
- Data access frameworks like Entity Framework, ADO.NET, etc
- SSO (OAuth2)
- Experience in design patterns like SOLID principles, Dependency Injection and .NET
- Experience working in a test-driven environment with a solid understanding of both the creation of and the execution of functional and non-functional unit tests.
- Experience working in the financial sector, particularly in Loans, would be an advantage.
- AWS and Microservices, would be good to have.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to producing quality work in a timely manner.
- Must be confident, articulate and fast learner.
- Willing to progress in an exciting, fast paced environment.
- Self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and develop capabilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with cross functional teams.
- Strong team player who is comfortable working on a variety of projects using diverse technologies
