Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ELV projects (Surveillance Projects). The ideal candidate should have experience in project execution, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management. The role requires strong leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution & Management:
• Lead and manage ELV & surveillance projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure smooth execution while meeting project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
• Manage and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of project materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Site Management & Supervision:
• Oversee on-site activities and ensure proper installation of ELV & surveillance systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational challenges.
• Budget & Resource Management:
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project costs and ensure they remain within the approved budget.
• Prepare project reports and documentation for internal and client review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in project management for ELV, surveillance, or security system installations.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and other ELV systems.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
