CCTV solution specialist (US Operations)

Securens has entered International Market and is servicing clients in USA and Canada. We are looking for a Solution expert to assist customers in integrating their CCTV systems with our Monitoring Software.

Role Description:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Solution Specialist at Securens Systems Pvt. Ltd. in the Mumbai, Mahape.
• The CCTV Solution Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with International customer to integrate their CCTV systems with our Monitoring Software.
• The role involves implementing and monitoring eSurveillance systems to prevent security breaches and ensure the safety of clients' premises.
• Since the support is mainly to USA/Canada candidates the work timings would be 6 pm to 6 am. Candidate must be willing to work in USA and other countries for a period of 1-2 months at a time

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of CCTV integration experience
• Knowledge of various CCTV/NVR systems and surveillance technologies
• Very good Oral and written English communication.
• Knowledge of RTSP and ONVIF
• Good working knowledge of networking and configuring networks for SIM based networks, Static IP, IPSec, broadband etc
• Good working knowledge of configuring Router, switches, Port forwarding etc is a must
• Experience in troubleshooting network issues
• Basic knowledge of firewall wrt networking to outside world
• Working experience of connecting CCTV systems to monitoring software is preferred
• Analytical Skills and Consulting expertise
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesTechnical degree is preferred
