Roles and Responsibilities

1 Responsible for new project installation of equipment's and Secure Parking systems at sites.

2 Responsible for compliance to operational standards as committed to clients and strive to exceed expectations

3 Participate in IT training and / or customer support activities as needed

4 Responsible for asset inventory management of desktop, laptops and printers and other technology related duties assigned from time to time

5 He needs to do the One Audit (Cash) on weekly basis.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Perform regular system diagnostics, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to technical issues reported by site personnel promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferably a Male candidate

Minimum 3- 5 years of computer/ IT hardware and networking management experience.

Working knowledge and proficiency in MS-Office

Good Email communication skills, Team player

Good knowledge in spoken & written English.

Graduate in B.SC. IT, or Diploma in Computer Technology/ CCNA/MCA/GNIIT/ IT hardware and networking diploma holders

Willingness to take work related travel.
