IT Executive / IT Trainee (Field Engineer)

We are currently hiring for the role of IT Executive/ IT Trainee ( Field Engineer) for Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Kolhapur, and Pune Location. Kindly go through the details below:

Job Description:-

• Handling daily Incident / Service / Problem Management
• Hardware troubleshooting (Desktop / Laptop / POS / Printers / Scanners / CCTV / Weighing Scale / Barcode Printer, footfall counts machine, L0 Network router/Switch, etc)
• Troubleshooting on SQL and other applications (1st level & further with co-ordination with Other Resolver Group)
• Onsite Project deliverable Execution, Daily Reports & Updates
• Ensuring process adherence as per departmental & company guidelines
• Effective End User / Customer Handling
• Situation Handling & Customer Orientation
• On-call support to Store/Office/Warehouse: Address calls assigned to him/her as per agreed SLA. Once the call is resolved, he/she needs to provide all details before closing the call.
• Vendor Management: Coordination with registered vendors for any IT device repair.
• Hygiene check: Need to perform hygiene check as required to maintain IT equipment uptime.
• Work on IT related projects and perform assigned jobs as per the timeline.
• Proper adherence & effective utilization of Tool Management
• Extensive Travel within the city / outside cities
