Job Title: Administrative Executive

Location: Sanand (Gujrat)

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent BBA, MBA

Experience: 4-9 years in administrative roles, customer handling, or related areas

Skills: Customer focus, flexibility, effective communication, cost consciousness, punctuality, and positive attitude

Major Accountabilities

1. Oversee daily administration activities and coordinate travel/accommodation as needed.
2. Manage staff transportation, fleet maintenance, and ensure compliance with vehicle-related requirements.
3. Implement high housekeeping standards and manage canteen, guest house, and garden operations.
4. Facilitate smooth billing cycles, vendor management, and support vendor negotiations.
5. Ensure timely procurement and maintenance of office and communication equipment.
6. Oversee canteen quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction through regular feedback and updates.
7. Support garden and landscape maintenance; promote sustainable practices.
8. Coordinate and ensure compliance with audits (OHSAS, EMS, ISO) and complete observations in TAT.
9. Manage lease and rent agreements, monitor renewals, and maintain premises.
10. Handle Imprest account for petty cash expenses and ensure timely fund availability.
