Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive and achieve overall sales targets across all salons in the city.
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and boost footfall.
- Implement initiatives to improve client retention and increase the frequency of visits.
Client Satisfaction & Experience:
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met at all salons.
- Continuously improve service offerings and operational processes to enhance client satisfaction.
- Create and maintain customer loyalty programs to improve retention rates.
P&L Management:
- Full ownership of Profit & Loss, ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing profitability.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue streams to optimize financial performance
Growth & Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential locations and services that can contribute to the growth of the brand.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure competitive positioning and innovation
Requirements:
Educational Background: MBA preferred.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in a similar domain, preferably in retail, hospitality, or beauty & wellness industries.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage teams across multiple locations.
- Deep understanding of budgets, sales strategies, and profit maximization
