Role & responsibilities

• Administrative Tasks:
• Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and mail sorting
• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Financial Tasks:
• Assist with data entry and record-keeping
• Prepare and process expense reports and invoices
• Support in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Contribute to financial audits and reconciliations
