Job Title / Designation: HR-Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding top talent. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description :

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Post job openings on multiple job portals and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate offer negotiations and assist with onboarding procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 1-2 years

Location(s) of Job : Pune

Minimum Education Requirements: Masters degree in Human Resources preferably in HR

Any Other Skill Set:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings efficiently.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
