Job Title / Designation: TELE SALES EXECUTIVE

The Telesales Executive will focus on prequalifying leads sourced. This role is critical in the lead conversion funnel and ensures only high-potential leads are passed to the counseling team.

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on the database provided by the State Sales Manager.
• Explain Seamedu s programs and assess student interest and eligibility.
• Prequalify leads by gathering key information such as academic background, career interests, and program fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Pass qualified leads to the counseling team for further nurturing and conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead qualification.
• Provide feedback to the State Sales Manager on the quality of sourced databases.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 1-3 years

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate

Any Other Skill Set:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
