Job Title / Designation: ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR

The Admissions Counselor will nurture prequalified leads and guide prospective students through the admission process. The role is focused on maximizing conversions and ensuring a seamless experience for students and parents.

Job Description :

• Engage with prequalified leads via phone, email, and online meetings to provide detailed information about Seamedu s programs.
• Address inquiries from students and parents, resolving any doubts or concerns.
• Build relationships with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with Seamedu s offerings.
• Guide students through the admission process, including application submission, documentation, and fee payment.
• Collaborate with the telesales team and State Sales Manager to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
• Track progress and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly admission targets.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 2-4 years

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate

Any Other Skill Set:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in student counseling or sales.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the admissions process in educational institutions.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
