Asst Manager

To meet the Exporters and Importers to get the business of Customs clearance and forwarding.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients (exporters and importers) through various strategies such as attending industry events, networking, and cold calling.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their specific needs and challenges related to customs clearance and forwarding.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, highlighting how we can streamline their operations, save them time and money, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Develop and present proposals outlining service packages and competitive rates.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, fostering trust and understanding their ongoing needs.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the customs clearance and forwarding process.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
