Job Title: Manager - Customer Support Team

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing accurate and helpful information.
2. Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Provide Product/Service Information: Educate customers on product/service features, benefits, and usage.
4. Escalate Complex Issues: Escalate complex customer issues to senior support staff or other relevant teams
5. Maintain Customer Records: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
6. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including process improvements and knowledge base updates.

Requirements:

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
2. Customer-Focused: Proven customer-centric approach, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer experiences.
3. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective fixes.
4. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software applications, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
5. Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity standards.
6. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in related field.

7. Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of training experience, ideally within software, technology, or data analysis sectors with a strong desire to learn and grow in career are also encouraged to apply.

8. Skills:

• Technical expertise in product knowledge.

Nice to Have:
 Previous Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in a customer support role, preferably in a similar industry.
 Technical Certifications: Relevant technical certifications, such as CompTIA or Cisco.
 Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages.
