- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables.
- Oversee the selection and management of project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Proactively identify potential risks to project success (e.g., safety, regulatory, or technical issues) and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare progress reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management and clients.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure that all projects are conducted with adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols
