- Conduct feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and cost estimations for proposed projects.
- Oversee the execution of multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of contractors, subcontractors, and other project team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Manage daily operations at construction sites to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior engineers and other team members.
- Analyze structural, environmental, and geotechnical data to recommend optimal engineering solutions.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all construction work meets design specifications and industry standards.
- Perform tests and inspections to ensure the durability and integrity of materials and structures.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and ensure costs are monitored and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality and safety.
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental laws, safety standards, and building codes.
