Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of structural works, foundations, and civil finishes for the hospitality project.
Interior Works Execution: Manage the execution of interior works, ensuring all aspects are completed according to the project design and client requirements.
Site Operations: Manage daily site operations, ensuring quality control, safety, and timely delivery of civil works.
Quality & Safety Standards: Ensure that all civil and interior works meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant safety regulations.
Coordination with Subcontractors & Vendors: Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and other MEP disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site challenges related to civil and interior works, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
Team Management: Lead and supervise the civil engineering team, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and compliance with project specifications.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work progress, inspections, and any changes to the original plans. Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all works are compliant with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification:Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with expertise in structural works, foundations, civil finishes, and interior works.
Project Management Experience: Hands-on experience in managing site operations and overseeing the execution of civil works, including concrete structures, masonry, and finishing works.
Coordination Skills: Strong ability to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other MEP disciplines for smooth project execution.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide the team and ensure efficient execution of civil works.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site issues effectively and minimize disruptions.
Hospitality Project Experience: Experience working on hospitality projects (such as hotels or resorts) is preferred.
Location Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Srinagar or similar environments.
