Applications Support Engineer - eCommerce Domain (3-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our testing services.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our testing services and products.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base articles.

- Provide Level 2 support for application-related issues.

- Monitor system health and resolve performance-related concerns.

- Work closely with internal teams for incident management and resolution.

- Ensure smooth functioning of applications with proactive monitoring.

- Monitor and maintain application performance.

Qualifications :

- 3-4+ years of experience in application support, preferably in the e-commerce domain.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills.

- Experience supporting e-commerce applications.

- Solid understanding of application support, networking, and system support concepts (L2 support).

- Strong experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.

- Good knowledge of system administration and networking concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
