Site Supervisor

Inspection Measurements of the Project Site including Line Marking

Coordinate with the Store team to ensure that all materials and tools (in working condition) are delivered on site

Checking inventory Material list and identify shortfall material if any. Coordinate the delivery needs of all material and checks deliveries against purchase orders to ensure correct delivery.

Maintaining attendance of all site workers

Ensuring all workers adherance to safety regulations

Organize work plan and have daily site meetings with workers at the beginning of the day to discuss the plan and delegate work to workers

Supervise, coordinate and monitor each phase of work to determine relevant legal requirements, process procedures , quality standards are met and the work is as per schedule

Sending Progress Report on daily basis

Preparing inventory list of all unused material

Complete Accountability of the the site untill handover

Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline

Candidate should be a competent individual who is able to guide and train Workers. Should have good communication Team Management Skills. Must be well-versed in processes under the roles responsibility and be result driven and focussed. Travelling is a must
