Client is a leading global supplier of advanced piping systems and solutions. The company operates a solvent-based manufacturing plant, which involves the use of solvents in the production process. Plant Manufacturing Head:

Reporting to - Manufacturing Head

Team - 8 direct, 800 indirect

Key Responsibilities:

- Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

- Strategic Leadership: Provide direction to the plant leadership team, align long-term plans with corporate objectives, and drive sustainable growth.

- Quality & Innovation: Uphold quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and support certification processes.

- Resource & Cost Management: Optimize resources and implement cost-saving strategies for efficient operations.

- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead the plant team; foster a growth-focused work environment.

- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, focus on profitability, and implement cost controls.

- Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure smooth material procurement and optimize the supply chain.

- Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs, track metrics, and use data for operational improvements.

- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of injection molding, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Project Management: Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and address any operational roadblocks.

- Operational Excellence: Implement industry best practices, such as DMS and Industry 4.0.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's in Engineering (MBA preferred).

- 15+ years in manufacturing, with 7+ years in leadership.

- Strong expertise in operations, quality, and cost management.

- Proficient in team management, data analysis, and compliance.
