Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Email Marketing Executive to join our team at a fast-growing marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience with email marketing tools and techniques, and a strong understanding of deliverability and spam filtering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Use G-Suite tools for managing email accounts and integrating with email marketing platforms.
• Implement Mail Merge and Bulk Mailing strategies to effectively communicate with large audiences.
• Leverage YAMM (Yet Another Mail Merge) extension for personalized email campaigns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SPAM issues to ensure high deliverability rates and inbox placement.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports to improve future strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in G-Suite, Mail Merge, and Bulk Mailing tools.
• Hands-on experience with YAMM Extension for mass email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and resolving SPAM issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.

Experience:

• 1-4 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency environment is a plus.
