About The Job

We're seeking an exceptional Technical Writer to join our team and help us create high-quality documentation that educates and informs our users

As a Technical Writer at Scrut Automation, you'll be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and compelling content that showcases our platform's capabilities and helps users get the most out of our platform

You'll work closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to develop documentation that meets the needs of our diverse user base.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain high-quality documentation for Scrut's platform, including user guides, API documentation, how-to articles and release notes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with product features, roadmaps and marketing strategies

Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in information security to produce relevant and up-to-date documentation.

Review and refine documentation to ensure complete coverage with accurate, clear, and up to date.

Help develop and ongoing improvement of Scruts documentation strategy and roadmap

Work with the team to incorporate feedback and continuously enhance the quality of the documentation.

Requirements

2 or more years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry

Basic familiarity with compliance frameworks is a plus.

A strong portfolio that showcases your writing skills and experience with complex technical topics

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
