Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Bidding Expert to manage and execute the bidding process for IT projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services and solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create winning proposals that meet client requirements and maximize project acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects across multiple platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
- Create compelling, customized proposals that highlight the company s expertise and align with client needs.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary technical details for proposals.
- Manage the entire bidding process, from initial client contact to project award.
- Maintain and track bids, ensuring timely follow-ups and client engagement.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
- Work towards achieving set targets for project acquisition and revenue growth.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (2+ years) in bidding on IT projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or similar.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create detailed, persuasive proposals that win projects.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and market conditions.
- Strong negotiation and client engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
