Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with deep Salesforce expertise. You ll own the technical roadmap for SMS Magic, ensuring alignment with Salesforce s evolving ecosystem. You ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features that meet customer and market needs.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the SMS Magic product roadmap in line with Salesforce advancements.
- Act as a technical SME for Salesforce Clouds and Force.com platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly solutions.
- Lead agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Gather and prioritize feature requests and collaborate with customer-facing teams.
- Write and maintain technical specifications and product documentation.
- Bachelor s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Pardot, Experience) and Force.com.
- Strong experience in writing technical specs and working with development teams.
- Familiarity with Apex and Lightning development is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in mobile UI/UX design for Salesforce apps.
- Knowledge of messaging/SMS technologies integrated with Salesforce.
