Chief Technical Officer - R&D - Private Label Manufacturer (15-20 yrs)

Scrabble is mandated to hire a "CTO - R&D Head " for a leading private label manufacturer in the personal care category. The opportunity is going to be based out of Noida.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Innovation: Lead the R&D team to innovate and develop new products, formulations, and packaging solutions.

- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all R&D activities comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in all product development and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications :

- 15+ years of experience in the personal care industry, with a strong focus on R&D and product development.

- Deep understanding of formulation development, packaging technology, and regulatory requirements.

- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
