Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner with experience in enterprise migration and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will drive product development efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals, and support the migration to cloud platforms (preferably GCP). A strong background in Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and financial services or credit risk industries is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning product development with strategic business objectives.

- Own product capabilities and ensure business priorities are reflected in the development process.

- Collaborate with business analysts to define user stories and features that meet business goals.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint commitments.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams, providing clarity on business needs and priorities.

- Champion the product, ensuring its value proposition aligns with business objectives.

- Drive organizational transformation through innovative tools, templates, and processes for business analysis.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst.

- Proven experience creating product roadmaps, user stories, and backlog management.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

- Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably GCP.

- Experience in financial services or credit risk industry is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.

- Certification in Agile/Scrum or Cloud technologies is a plus.
