Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Snowflake Developer with deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, administration, data engineering, performance tuning, and data security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Snowflake data pipelines, ensuring fail-safe operations, and implementing large-scale data intelligence solutions. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and contribute to the organization's data engineering strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake-based data solutions for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.

- Implement DBT (Data Build Tool) to enable automated and scalable data transformations.

- Leverage Snowflake utilities for managing data warehousing operations, query optimization, and cost management.

- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and fail-safe mechanisms in Snowflake environments.

- Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and automated data pipelines using Azure services.

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define and implement data solutions.

- Apply best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within the Snowflake environment.

- Monitor and troubleshoot data ingestion, storage, and transformation processes for optimal performance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience with Snowflake architecture, administration, and performance tuning.

- Proficiency in DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and pipeline automation.

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities (SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Streams, Tasks, etc.).

- Expertise in Azure cloud services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, etc.).

- Experience in SQL scripting, data modeling, and ELT/ETL processes.

- Knowledge of data security, access controls, and governance best practices in Snowflake.

- Ability to troubleshoot query performance issues and optimize workloads in Snowflake.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Python, Spark, or other data processing frameworks.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.

- Knowledge of big data technologies and data lake architectures.

- Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
