Injala - Technical Product Manager (5-7 yrs)

Your responsibilities will include :

- Contributing to building product features with a focus on user experience and market fit.

- Analyzing user/client feedback to create improvement plans for existing software products.

- Collaborating on the development of technical documentation to support product understanding and future development.

- Contributing to defining and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product.

- Supporting the adherence to product roadmaps, timelines, and quality standards.

- Assisting in managing the product backlog and prioritization.

Job Responsibilities :

- Understand the insurance business domain and collaborate closely with product evangelists to build solutions that meet evolving market needs.

- Work closely with UX engineers, software engineers, architects, business analysts, and quality engineers to translate scope and requirements into robust product designs.

- Help communicate the product vision to internal teams, contributing to product roadmaps and detailed planning.

- Assist in maintaining a balance between quality and speed of delivery, contributing to the definition of efficient product delivery processes.

- Support the product development process to achieve planned objectives.

- Contribute to innovating solutions for achieving development objectives with greater efficiency.

- Support the use of project management techniques to manage scope, time, and cost.

- Assist in providing internal and customer training on product usage.

- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.

- Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.

- Assist in assessing and addressing product-related risks.

- Contribute to defining success criteria for testing and product acceptance.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management.

- Prior experience in a product company with "product ownership" experience is a strong advantage.

- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with backlog management and prioritization (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Understanding of API concepts and web services.

- Basic understanding of databases and data structures.

- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.

- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
