Product Owner (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for Product Owners who are extremely passionate about understanding and solving customer problems, and build experiences that enhance customer engagement.

You will own the product roadmap and also will work closely with Project Manager & Tech leads to prioritize the backlog using data and work on the most impactful features.

You should have an ability to partner with diverse cross-functional teams to lead, execute, monitor, and deliver results for driving Customer Success.

Responsibilities :

- Assist the Product Managers (PMs) in technical solutioning. Act as bridge between PM, Dev/tech leads and other stakeholders.

- Good knowledge about software development and act as Scrum master, organizing and leading ceremonies

- Work with PM in defining roadmaps

- Work with Tech leads to get estimates and remove roadblocks if any

- Prioritize Customer desk tickets assigned to PM and create Jira tasks

- Define the target metrics for the team to drive strategy and prioritization of the product roadmap

- Understand the user stories and break them down in into tasks with developers

- Work with the engineering teams & UX closely and deliver a world class product through the MVP and Iteration approach

Skills needed :

- Overall experience of 8+ years out of which 4-5 years of end-to-end product management skills

- Should have development experience in PHP and SQL.

- Good to have understanding in JavaScript & to write SQL queries

- Strong technical acumen and passion for solving complicated problem solving

- Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical detail, committed to flawless execution

- Solid track record of having shipped products & features in agile, fast paced environment

- Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey a product strategy to partners and senior leaders.
