Experience Range: 5-7 years experience in NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Python, Computer Vision & 1-2 years exp in Gen AI.

Conduct cutting-edge research to design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms, with a focus on advancing machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
Identify, analyze, and solve complex real-world problems by developing novel AI solutions and ensuring their robustness and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to gather requirements, design solutions, and integrate AI models into production systems.
Stay current with the latest AI research, tools, and technologies, applying innovative approaches to improve model performance, interpretability, and efficiency.
Evaluate and optimize AI models, ensuring they meet business and ethical standards, and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate methodologies, experiments, and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior team members in AI methodologies, best practices, and research techniques.
