Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Administrative Support:

    • Handle daily office tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling mail.
    • Organize office supplies, order inventory, and ensure the office is well-maintained.
    • Ensure excellent communication with clients and follow up on service or product-related concerns.

Data Management:

    • Maintain records, databases, and files (physical and digital).
    • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Help track tenders timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
    • Update client or project information as needed and prepare reports when required.

Project Assistance:


    • Assist in organizing and coordinating office or service-related projects.
    • Ensure that teams or service providers stay on track and meet their objectives.
    • Participate in Tenders and able to Create L1 link over the GEM portal.

Client/Customer Interaction:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients or customers seeking assistance.
    • Provide customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, or issues.
    • Ensure excellent communication with clients and follow up on service or product-related concerns.

Office Coordination:

    • Ensure smooth functioning of the office environment, including managing office equipment and technology.
    • Coordinate between different departments to ensure workflow continuity.
    • Maintain office appearance, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and safe.
