Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary with 0-1year experience post qualification for our Noida location
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that company is fully compliant at all times on secretarial matters
- Assisting in Conducting meetings of Board and Committees, Independent Director meetings and shareholders meetings as per prevailing act and regulations
- Preparation drafts of notices, agendas, Minutes of the meeting, resolutions etc.
- Preparation and e-filing of various returns/forms including annual filing to ROC
- Ensuring timely preparations and filing of various reports, returns, forms and other documentation for Group Companies
- Maintaining of statutory registers as per the Companies Act, 2013
- Creation/Modification/Satisfaction of charge & completion of documentation with banks
- Preparing documentation towards Issue, allotment, alteration, transfer / transmission of shares and payment of stamp duty
- Inspection of documents on MCA website
- XBRL filing of financial statements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualified CS with 0-1 year of experience
