Account Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to vendors, showcasing our services and solutions.
• Track account performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Norms of Book Keeping and GST.
• Knowledge of GST, Input and Output Calculation.
• Knowledge of TDS and TCS.
• Expertise in Tally Prime and Excel is must.
