Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead - Modern Workplace professional to spearhead the design, development, and continuous evolution of our modern workplace solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, and related technologies, as well as a proven track record in crafting compelling proposals for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Microsoft Intune & MECM :

- Lead the Design, Implementation of Microsoft Intune/MECM, overseeing device lifecycle management, including Autopilot configurations for seamless provisioning and setup.

- Manage the deployment of applications via Intune, ensuring efficient delivery, updates, and troubleshooting.

- Implement Kiosk Profiles for specialized use cases and configure BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) setups to support a secure, flexible work environment.

- Develop PowerShell scripts to be deployed using Intune/MECM to automate IT tasks and enhance user productivity.

- Create and manage Configuration Profiles to enforce device settings and security requirements across various device types (Windows, iOS, Android).

- Develop and enforce Intune Compliance Policies for devices, ensuring they meet security standards and regulatory requirements.

- Implement and manage Security Patch Rings and deploy feature updates to ensure that all devices stay current and secure.

- Manage Endpoint Protection within Intune, configuring anti-malware policies, Exploit Guard, and Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) rules to protect the organization's assets from cyber threats.

- Experience with enrollment of Android devices using Intune, ensuring devices are compliant with security policies.

- Design and Configure Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies to protect company data on mobile devices, enabling secure access and management.

- Experience with Apple Configurator to manage and enrol Apple iPads and other iOS devices, ensuring proper setup and security protocols are followed.

Leadership and Strategy :

- Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring proper management of modern workplace technologies and the effective execution of strategies related to Intune deployment, device management, and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, providing technology solutions that improve productivity and support organizational goals.

- Mentor and train junior team members, ensuring the team remains up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

- Monitor, assess, and optimize existing modern workplace technologies to ensure they meet evolving business requirements.

- Lead the evaluation of new tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

- Act as a subject matter expert, presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.

TECHNICAL SKILLS :

- 12 to 14 years of experience in IT and device management, with a significant focus on Intune, MECM, Autopilot, and endpoint security.

- Expertise in MECM (formerly SCCM), Intune, and Microsoft 365 suite.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing device and application management solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and security baselines.

- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or equivalent tools.

- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and hybrid environments.

- Proven expertise in deploying and managing applications using Intune, MECM, BYOD setups, Kiosk Profiles, and device security configurations.

- Extensive experience with Compliance Policies, Scope Tags, Security Patch Rings, and Feature Update Deployment.

- Experience with managing Android devices via Intune, as well as Apple Configurator for iOS device enrollment.

- Experience in managing Endpoint Protection through Intune, including anti-malware policies, Exploit Guard, and Attack Surface Reduction (ASR).

- Strong hands-on experience with Intune administration, including all core functionalities such as app deployment, device management, and security configuration.

- Solid understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) principles and tools, with experience managing both Android and iOS environments.
