Job Description

Understanding product requirements and derive technical requirements

Designing architecture for hardware, simulation, selection of components, prototype building, qualification, certification, and production

Interacting with sourcing, Industrial team and making product qualification test plans and qualifying products

Competitor product benchmarking and contribution to product roadmap.

Use of quality tools -DFMEA, Root cause analysis.

Mentoring junior level engineers in the team and participating in design reviews and providing suggestions for improving the quality of products.

Working on New Product Introduction, QVE.

Job Requirement

BE / B.Tech in ECE or EEE or E&I or M.E/ M.Tech in Embedded, Instrumentation and Similar streams

Minimum 12+ years of experience in electronics product design and development from product specification to production.

Must have developed multiple products from concept through production (has been through 3 or more big project cycle).

Hardware circuit design experience in Power supply, analog sensing, Digital I/O

Design experience of communication circuits of RS485, USB, CAN, MODBUS, Ethernet etc and worked with EEPROM, FLASH, STM32 Microcontroller.

Experience in use of simulation tools like Pspice, SIMetrix etc.

Exposure to Agile methodology of product development.
