Enable FSRs sub-contractors with required systems and tools .
Drive Digitalization and process improvements.
Deploy bFS releases. Responsibilities include Training, deployment, adoption monitoring and troubleshooting.
Manage administrative activities of bFS/ User management / data management / L2 support for bFS
Deployment of digitalization initiatives from the global team and improve adoption
Initiate local digitization activities for better monitoring and control of operational metrics
Contribute to productivity improvements, monitor and analyze major KPIs and implement actions leading to efficiency and cost improvements

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, fluent in both oral and written skills
