System Analyst - Information Technology

Lodha has a robust technology setup to enable business, such as SAP, Salesforce Sales, Service, Data Cloud, Azure data lake, Google Cloud, mobile apps, analytic platforms, RPAs, other data sources like KonnectInsights, Google Analytics, Webengage, etc.

We are seeking a System Analyst who is highly talented, self-motivated and detail-oriented analytical mind with strong experience, to understand, analyze and integrate data flows and repositories from across diverse systems and departments / entities to build a comprehensive MIS covering all aspects of business and enable faster, better, and more comprehensive business decision-making by all departments and senior leadership.

This role will offer the opportunity and resources to work on cutting-edge platforms with global partners, data scientists, etc to architect a highly visible, business-critical MIS setup and data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities -

To manage development activities of data analytics, integration & structuring of data sources and data flows from different sources across departments to build a unified reporting / MIS system. Create dashboards, data formats, processes, and tools. Support IT teams in relevant integration projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Integrate data from existing internal & external tools and platforms •Collect, Analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights. •Manage existing analytics tools and reporting metrics •Perform advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and trend forecasting. •Manage data structure and data models •Research, identify and implement required platforms and tools •Support machine learning and AI projects •Support integration tasks with ongoing projects •Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions. •Work with 3rd-party agencies to execute analytics projects •Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analytics technologies. •Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all reporting and analytics platforms. •Support data integration efforts, including ETL processes and data warehousing. •Conceptualize / identify new tools, features and capabilities in the analytics / MIS space •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to optimize performance •Manage vendors and partner activity, performance, and output •Support creation, education, & dissemination of reports to key stakeholders .

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.

• Hands-on experience with analytical tools (Azure, PowerBI, Tableau, CRM Analytics). •Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques. •Knowledge of database management and query languages. •Experience with big data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, or similar is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. •Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. •Ability to work collaboratively with teams across departments. •

Certifications:

• Tableau, or AWS/Azure Data Analytics are a plus.
