Job Description

The GSC single point of contact of the plant for Offer Lifecycle Management to lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning commitment, plant resource allocation & monitoring for all activities related to offer lifecycle management (Majority Maintaining activities)

C007 - Change Management & Implementation Methodology Ability to apply change management methodology to implement successful business priorities (on time, on budget, human objectives and business objectives). Competent - Competent n Develops and successfully executes basic plans utilizing change management methodology- Creates a Business Case for Action (BCA)- Identifies and manages resistance to the change- Leads a successful change management project within theorganization C011 - Business Acumen Ability to utilize insight about the trends, key issues and external factors that impact the industry and the organization. Competent Develops and implements a manufacturing strategy at an organizational level Devises an organizational strategy from a global strategy Conducts situational analysis (e.g., SWOT Analysis) of the gap between customer demands and industrial competencies and creates a change plan Calculates and optimizes value stream costs FIA3 - Manufacturing Supply Chain & Planning Ability to identify, understand and optimize E2E flows (from order to customers or from Supplier to customer) through system settings and capacity management to meet customer demand in accordance with SPS principles. Understands E2E order processing and contributes to Plant order processing continuous improvement (Product and ETO) Understands demand variation amplification for service level/capacity and cash flow impacts, Knowledge of late differentiation, Queue simulation, lead time optimization , Analyzes and adjusts capacity related to all MPP scales (Monthly, Weekly and daily) Able to explain materials scheduling, Healthy production start (ETO) Contributes to big order management process (planning and scheduling) FMB2 - Offer Knowledge and Management Ability to know and understand Schneider Electric offer, its features, its advantages, its applications as well as competitors offer, in order to build new offer specifications / to adapt existing offer to specific needs / to support these offers. Basic Basic understanding of Schneider Electric productsSelects appropriate Schneider Electric products from the catalogs,and other resources from a product descriptionBasic understanding of competitors products FQ12 - Quality Manufacturing / Logistics Ability to assess and improve manufacturing or logistic processes robustness and compliancy with customer needs and business constraints, thanks to the usage of the right methods and #tools (# means only for manufacturing and not logistic). Basic Global : Able to understand the purpose of SPC / PC (digital or not) and able to monitor results Able to understand RPN in FMEA and know the RPN level of the production lines /sectors in their scope Be familiar with different solutions existing to decrease RPN level : Poka Yoke / Jidoka, PC, Interlocking and be able to select one Able to apply basic Quality Methods & to use the Digital Tools (ex : ePFMEA, eP2CP, #eSurveillance, eDerogation, #SPC, Smart rejection Tracker, #MES, #iTAC) For Manufacturing : Understand Customer Critical Requirements and the main functionality and technology of the product Have the knowledge about the manufacturing process / sectors and products in their scope (able to present CTQ & CTP) Able to define PCP taking inputs from PFMEA, PQCS/P, CQCS/P, Know the purpose and difference with concept of Jidoka and Poka Yoke Able to read drawing with standard and check the conformity of the part For Logistic: Able to define PCP taking inputs from PFMEA Able to understand the end-to-end Supply Chain activities and their impacts on customer delivery experience Able to understand the use of the supporting IT tools used to execute the deliveries, between order placed until the delivery at customer door Acronyms: CQCS/P : Component Quality Control Specifications / Plan CTP : Critical To Process parameters CTQ : Critical To Quality characteristics PC : Process Control PQCS/P = Product Quality Control Specifications / Plan RPN : Risk Priority Number For Manufacturing: from the launching of the product in the manufacturing until the end of life. For Logistic: from the sales order until the delivery acknowledgement by customer. L03 - Influence & Convince Present sound arguments with energy and conviction. Understand and respond to others needs and agendas. Leverage own network to build support. Create a foundation of support through integrity and consistency. Competent Draws on relevant knowledge when making proposals.Promotes ideas with confidence and provides facts in a straightforward manner.
