Job Description
-
- Is the Time determination & Ergonomics Specialist/Referent within his perimeter.
- Responsible for Productivity action plan in his perimeter (define, implement)
- Implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving the
industrial performance, in manual process, automatic process & PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using SPS
techniques and tools. - Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios in order to meet
Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements. - Ensure the deployment of SPS principles and implements Lean/6 Sigma tools.
- Participate in the meetings of their sector(s) and address necessary actions to quickly remove barriers
- Manage the capacities vs workload balance for internal and external lines,
- Optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.
- Write operator work instructions for training
- Contribute to the development of new products (producible, feasible)
- Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
- Qualifies means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers location.
- Pilot new productions ramp up
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical
- Minimum 8 Years of industrial experience in Warehouse Processes
- Application on Lean and Six Sigma techniques Experience in Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Value Stream mapping, Kaizen events, Visual Workplace, etc.)
- Continuous improvement, both to existing processes and launch of new ones, positively impacting safety, quality, and overall labour efficiency metrics
- Significant knowledge of Business Software related to Manufacturing and Industrial Processes such as SAP, MS Office Tools
- Strong organizational skills including but not limited to the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments in parallel, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and develop action plans to strategically eliminate barriers
- Embrace Warehouse Smart tools & Digitization
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional team

Here for Operators category is getting very good salary and other benefits, as well as top most management getting good befit and composition. But the real work force is supporting staff, CFT and middle management are not getting hike and market value salaries. No leaves getting, but it's getting labs not paid for used leaves.
