Key Responsibilities:

• Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for entire LV+IA (Low Voltage & industry Automation) product basket and transactional Business in AP.
• Successfully execute these strategies to achieve sales and financial targets
• Responsible for
• Channel Engagement, Development & Management
• Channel Targets & Scheme Sales
• Segment & Sub-segment Sales
• OEM management & sales
• Product, Spares & System Sales
• New Product Sales (Vitality Index)
• Sales Promotion Design & Execution
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
