Job Description
o End to End responsibilities Opportunity generation to successful execution of Consulting and Audit services
o Understand, Learn, deploy various global & local services to various segment customers.
o Support Sales for technical discussions, customer presentation, closer meeting with clients.
o Support bid with right level of costing, cost optimization, technical SOW assessment
o Training to sales team
o Identifying the customer actual need & promote the consulting offers accordingly.
o Selection the type of consulting offers to be proposed based on business nature of customer
o Site execution, suggest customer outcome-based solution
o Strong Solution selling orientation
Main interactions:
Internal: Services team: Field Sales Team, Tendering, Business Development, Segment sales, BU sales etc.
External: Customers
Education and Skills:
Experience in Audits & Consulting assignments preferable
Degree in Electrical Engineering within Min 12-15 years site work experience for execution
Experience in Medium Voltage/ Low Voltage/ Power Quality/ Energy Efficiency etc.
Excellent communication skills
Capabilities to influence, convince inside/outside
Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with customers.
