Major Roles & Responsibilities.
Handling Online Reputation Management.
Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for content.
Answering customer queries on all social platforms.
Real Time tracking.
Fast thinking individual who can create content on a variety of complaints, queries or requests. Ability to propose logical solutions as well as communicate them clearly and effectively. Sets processes in place for managing the key tasks. Manages presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+ and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed. Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones.
Impeccable spelling and grammar.
Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly trackers.
Servicing the client to ensure maximum satisfaction. Skills Required.
Strong Communication & Time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
