Job Description: Manager/Senior Manager - Audit & Reporting

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Audit Management: Oversee and manage all audit processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

- Team Leadership: Lead and develop audit teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective audit execution.

- Audit Planning: Develop comprehensive audit plans to ensure thorough and efficient audits.

- Financial Review: Review financial records and prepare accurate financial statements, including schedules to Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheets (BS).

- Investor Reporting: Handle all aspects of investor reporting, maintaining clear and accurate communication.

- Standards Implementation: Implement Ind AS accounting standards and ELC, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Data Analysis: Analyze accounting records, prepare financial statements, advise on systems for recording financial data, and evaluate statements prepared by others.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the audit and reporting functions.

Requirements:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in auditing and financial reporting.

- Audit Expertise: Proven experience in handling and managing all types of audits.

- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead audit teams and develop comprehensive audit plans.

- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of audit principles and procedures.

- Financial Acumen: Experience in reviewing financial records, preparing financial statements, and creating schedules for P&L and balance sheets.

- Investor Reporting: Competence in handling investor reporting.

- Accounting Standards: Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and ELC implementation.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing accounting records, preparing financial statements, advising on systems for recording financial data, and evaluating statements prepared by others.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in audit and accounting software, as well as advanced MS Excel skills.
