Position: Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location: Bangalore

Qualification & Experience : Candidate must be a qualified CA or MBA Finance with 1-10 years' experience in service industry and debt fund raise.

ROLE :

This profile is for someone who is passionate about Finance. This role is perfect for you if have experience working in Account, Financial Planning and Analysis and Debt Raise related position, preferably at a B2B service start-up.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handling entire accounting function of Company along with team, includes accounts payable, accounts receivables, cash and bank operations, asset accounting, general ledger scrutiny, finalization of accounts and notes to accounts

- Financial reporting and analysis such as monthly MIS, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, monthly Revenue and Vehicle Performance Reporting, expense analysis, Scrutinize business operations, trends.

- Responsible for monthly, Quarterly and annual accounting closing process in time with the closing calendar in the tally.

- Preparation and analysis of monthly MIS reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

- Prepare variance analysis reports to highlight discrepancies between actual performance and budgeted/forecasted figures.

- Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with department heads to gather input and validate assumptions.

- Overseeing internal control which covers implementation of various SOP to improve the routine functions and utilization of early indicator reporting metrics to communicate financial risk or opportunities in a timely manner to senior leadership.

- Ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance to company policies and SOPs.

- Working knowledge of Direct Taxes such as TDS, Advance Tax, TDS Return

- Working knowledge of Indirect taxes, like GST, reconciliations of ITC.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

- CA Qualified or MBA Finance

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of managing global entities

- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management

- Experience with the B2B Service start-up

- Experience in raising debt

- Experience in managing a team

- The deep inclination toward automation/ technology optimization
