Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in central government, defense, paramilitary organizations, PSUs, and other large entities.

- Manage sales operations across North India, leveraging territory-specific knowledge to achieve business goals.

- Drive B2B sales of servers, workstations, storage solutions, and cloud technologies to large corporates, government entities, higher education institutions, and research organizations.

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve quarterly sales targets and manage end-to-end sales processes, including handling large transactions and RFQs.

- Cultivate relationships with large infrastructure system integrators (SI) and business partners to enhance the sales ecosystem.

- Stay updated on the product roadmaps of key industry players like Intel, AMD, and Nvidia.

- Leverage understanding of the technology ecosystem to align solutions with customer needs effectively.

- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Engineering graduate; a master's degree is preferred.

- 8-14 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in selling technology solutions like servers, storage, workstations, and cloud services.

- Strong understanding of the central government and defense sectors, as well as the ability to navigate the PSU ecosystem.

- Knowledge of North India as a sales territory is essential.

- Experience in ecosystem management, including relationships with business partners and system integrators.

- Proven ability to independently manage large transactions and RFQs.
